Composer & Arranger — Erkez Hip-Hop
Biography
Jihed Khemiri (aka JK / PAN J) is a composer and musical arranger who shapes part of the sound of ERKEZ HIPHOP. His ear for melody and his sense of harmony bring a distinctive artistic dimension to the group’s tracks, helping forge its musical identity.
Together with bassist Makrem Radhouani, he notably composed and arranged the music of Erkez Hip-Hop’s Dream City 2023 performance.
Beyond Erkez, Jihed initiated the Théosophie project back in 2014, built around his percussions, with Marwen Soltana on bass and a brass section directed by Makrem Radhouani (Ghaith Toukabri on trombone, Wajdi Khelifi on trumpet, Moem Ben Chaabane on baritone saxophone).
He also wrote and arranged OBOS (“One Band One Sound”), VIPA‘s big-band show, previewed in Tunis at B7L9 Art Station and then presented at the Journées Musicales de Carthage 2026 in the Cité de la Culture Opera House.
