Pazaman, Vipa & Katybon – “Bon ! to Nji” | Official Release

“Bon ! to Nji”: The Heavyweight Convergence of Late 2014

As the collective approached the end of a highly prolific year, November 1, 2014, brought forth a massive collaborative milestone. Landing just weeks before Duopoly and the pivotal release of To Tansa, “Bon ! to Nji” united three distinct voices of the Tunisian hip-hop landscape: Pazaman, VIPA, and Katybon.

This track serves as a masterclass in underground chemistry. Bringing together Pazaman’s unique delivery, VIPA’s sharp, street-level poeticism, and Katybon’s commanding lyrical presence, the record captures the unfiltered, cross-pollinated energy of the scene during this era. Defying generic commercial structures, “Bon ! to Nji” leans heavily into a raw, bass-driven arrangement that provides a perfect canvas for complex lyrical exchanges. The sonic foundation was meticulously crafted by composers Trappa and Mourad Majoul, while the visual narrative was brought to life by director Badreddine Ghali.

It stands as a testament to the collective’s core philosophy: building permanent cultural milestones through uncompromising artistic authenticity and organic collaboration.
